This took about a week to arrive. The box is quite big (about 2'x2'x5 ' ) and heavy. I unpacked according to the instructions and it took less than an hour to expand. by Terrence M. Pullen
this mattress is comfortable but it is very very soft. Like sleeping on a cloud. If you prefer a little ' more support I would go with a different mattress. by audrey
